"All NEP users who have applied for the Annual NEP–2026 are hereby directed to upload clear photographs of the applied vehicle, specifically showing the front, rear, left side, and right side. The photographs must distinctly display the RUPD and LUPD along with 2-inch reflective strips (N1 category vehicles are exempted for RUPD & LUPD). The requisite photographs shall be uploaded on or before 07.01.2026, in strict compliance with the directions issued by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court vide order dated 28.05.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 7542/2025."
